Hard Reset = volume up + Power key
                   = No command } v.up+power again [for reset menu]

Turn on Talk back } help menu } try to go Youtube
if not work ...

Goto {send feedback} in down
write "youtube.com"  in  feedback bar.
Press long for while }
pop up will show Youtube apps button . Click it and open youtube .

Then go to :chrome Or internet
